Cleaning and inspection
Clean fuselage and sensors: Regularly remove oil, dust and precision components from the lift surface (using soft cloths and non-corrosive cleaners).
Check hydraulic oil/lubricating oil: ensure that the hydraulic oil level is normal and the oil is free of turbidity or impurities; Chain, guide rail and other mechanical parts need to be regularly lubricated (according to the manufacturer's recommended cycle of special grease).
Functional testing
Power-on self-test: Observe whether the control screen shows normal self-test when starting every day, and check immediately if there is an alarm.
No-load operation test: test whether lifting, dropping and locking functions are smooth in no-load state to avoid abnormal sound or stalling.
