The operation precautions of intelligent elevator mainly include:
1. Preparation before use: Before using the intelligent lift, it is necessary to remove the equipment and debris near the lift that hinder the operation, and check whether the operation button is normal, and check the safety protection device. If the performance is abnormal, it should be removed before operation.
2. Select the correct vehicle support position: the operating mechanism should be sensitive and effective, and the hydraulic system should not allow crawling. The correct supporting position of the vehicle and the center of gravity of the long and short brackets should be selected to obtain a reasonable supporting position.
3. Ensure vehicle safety: the weight of the lift vehicle should be less than the rated lifting weight of the lift machine. When the vehicle is lifted about 10cm from the ground, it should stop lifting to the required height, and the safety pin lock must be inserted, and the vehicle can be safely and securely supported by the appropriate support, before the staff can enter the following operation.
